Gujarat Tourism's state-run festival ran Sept 22–Oct 1, 2025 with the CM opening it, a new amphitheatre-style garba arena, nine bookable group zones and 1,000+ folk performers. General entry was still free (paid passes only arrived in 2026). Late-September rain waterlogged the artificial turf and crews had to clear water before garba could resume.
